Our Story

Our Vision

Corey's Pathways is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating small, community-based residential homes where adults with developmental disabilities can live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
Our vision is simple:

To provide a place that feels like home, not a facility.
Residents will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, participate in their communities, develop life skills, pursue employment and volunteer opportunities, and enjoy the security of a stable living environment designed around their individual goals.

What will happen when I am no longer able to provide care?

While many individuals with developmental disabilities can live fulfilling and meaningful lives with the right support, quality housing options remain limited. Families often struggle to find residential opportunities that are safe, stable, person-centered, and integrated into the community.
Many existing options are either too large, too institutional, or unable to provide the individualized environment families desire for their loved ones.
Corey's Pathways was created in response to this need.

What Makes Corey's Pathways Different

Corey's Pathways is built on the belief that every individual deserves more than housing.
They deserve a life filled with opportunity, purpose, and relationships.
Through partnerships with local organizations, businesses, volunteer programs, and employment opportunities, residents will be encouraged to participate fully in their communities and pursue their personal goals.
The focus is not simply on where individuals live, but on how they live.
